Water damage cleanup during the COVID-19 pandemic

With the COVID-19 pandemic, our society has started practicing social distancing as a way to stop the spread of the virus to each other and especially those in the high risk category.

SERVPRO of Santa Maria has 25 plus years dealing with jobs that involve the inherent risk of potential harmful viruses and contaminants.  We have always provided PPE (personal protection equipment) to our employees during these jobs for their protection.

Now with the practice of social distancing we use the same PPE to not only ensure the safety of our workers but also the safety of you and those that occupy your home.  Our crew members wear N-95 dust masks or respirators and gloves from the moment they arrive at your residence.

All of our job site equipment is decontaminated after it leaves a residence and is stored at the warehouse.  We also wipe down that same equipment before placing it at newly flooded homes.

With these protocols we are doing everything possible to make sure you and your family are safe during your water damage cleanup.
