Storm Damage in Santa Maria

This Santa Maria home called for our services after parts of the roof had been damaged during a storm. The water had come through the ceiling and found its way into the living room. We started with the mitigation of the roof. There is no sense in cleaning the inside of the home if the roof will not stop the water from entering the home. We placed a tarp and boards on the roof to mitigate the damage and began cleaning up the water damage inside the home. Removing the ceiling was necessary because it was no longer structurally sound to stay up. We dried the rafters and walls and prepared the home for restoration to begin.
